ION Pump Power Supply IPS-056P, IPS-056N
The high voltage for feeding of an ion pump is generated by a switch mode generator the circuitry of which produces a required V-A characteristics. The unit can be connected to an arbitrary mains. The operation of the supply and the communication with outer appliances ensures a microprocessor unit. The current flowing through the ion pump or some other selectable working parameters are digitally displayed.
Application
It serves as a control unit for small ion pumps. Thanks to its rich equipment the unit is suitable to incorporate in vacuum automatic systems and enables a communication with a PC. The unit is designed for 19" racks where it takes 1/3 of the width.
