DELONG INSTRUMENTS a.s. offers the manufacture of vacuum chambers to customer specifications from hand-sketch to precise documentation. Full engineering drawings can be created by the DI design group.

Unless otherwise specified, chambers complying with ISO – KF, ISO – K or CF standards are available.

• Materials – 1.4301 stainless steel, µ-metal or Al–alloys, TiG or electron beam welded.
• Watercooling – brazed cooling tubes to the exterior walls or double wall jacketing.

All chambers are UHV cleaned and He-leak tested.
